For a conversion problem

Include your browser and device, requested width and height, background setting, the exact error, and what you expected to see. A minimal SVG containing only the failing shape is more useful than a screenshot alone.

Share only artwork and text you have permission to share. Remove private information before sending a sample. The converter does not automatically send the SVG, a bug report or diagnostics anywhere.

Make a report reproducible

Start with a copy of your file and remove shapes until the problem is isolated. Tell us whether the issue appears in the on-page preview, the saved PNG, or both. If text looks different, include the font name and whether it is installed on your device. A source using external images, scripts or filters will be rejected; the guide explains the supported subset and alternatives.

What to expect

Feedback is reviewed by the maintainer. Please keep the original file and check your export independently; support does not provide a file recovery or production-proofing service.
